Karro Studio is located in the very heart of British Midlands here our beautiful products are designed and made. Studio Karro are glad to offer free domestic shipping.

 

Once we ship your parcel you will be provided with a 16 digit tracking number so you can check the progress of your order by using the 'Track a parcel' on Myhermes. Simply put the number in to the search bar and click 'Go'.

 

Delivery times

Usually it will take up to 7 working days for you to receive your parcel. Delivery to remote areas such as the Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man or Isle of Wight may take up to 14 working days.

 

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (bad weather or postal strikes, for example). We do ask for your patience if this happens.

 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Delivery costs are £24.00 for less than £500.00 purchuase

If you order goods worth more than  £500 we will provide a free shipping for you. 

 

Usually will take up to 2 weeks for you to receive the parcel. Unfortunately, at the moment we are not able to offer free delivery and we have a standard £30 charge for a parcel up to 1 kg. If you have a special requirement of how you wish your international shipping to be made please contact us delivery@studiokarro.com

Please note that if you live abroad for our garments to reach you is a long journey and they will be insured, however, if it does happen that the parcel gets lost, you must contact us to find out where it is and we will try our best to get it back on the track, we do ask for your patience if this happens.

IMPORT DUTY

Please be advised that orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. You are responsible for paying any import duty that may be payable on the Goods when they reach their destination. If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund and your credit card will be charged accordingly.

 

ORDER CANCELATION

Unfortunately it will not always be possible to stop the order if this has already been picked up by the delivery service. In this case we will not be liable for the postage. We advise you check the process of the order before you request cancellation. Under the distance selling regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day you receive your order) to cancel your purchase. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to the Studio.
